The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic and results-driven leadership for its global financial operations. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, with responsibilities that include overseeing financial reporting, planning, and risk management. This role demands a professional with a deep understanding of ASC, GAAP, IFRS, and related accounting standards, who can ensure accurate and timely financial statements for both domestic and international business units. The successful candidate will also be tasked with developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's goals, serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team, and participating in high-level decision-making.
In addition to financial leadership, the CFO will be responsible for tax and compliance, particularly in the context of an international company with a multi-tier pass-through entity format. Experience in tax planning within a family office structure and a strong understanding of legal formation and compliance requirements are essential. The role also involves financial planning and analysis, cash flow and treasury management, and driving operational efficiency by optimizing financial systems and processes.
