Willing to learn new tasks and execute them the correct way Enthusiastic and friendly with customers Follows checklists, recipes, and all Naf Naf standards A team player who helps others when needed Believes that challenging situations are opportunities for learning and personal development Provides a ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate prior to start date Can perform all essential functions of the position Can stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day Can lift and carry up to 20 pounds (at minimum) Exerts fast‑paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours Adapts to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency Performs basic math calculations, reads, listens, and speaks clearly Follows recipes and sanitation guides; uses cooking/baking measurement tools as listed Minimum Requirements
At least 16 years of age Can read and speak basic English Has documentation proving U.S. work eligibility Has reliable transportation to the workplace
