Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to serve K-12 students across multiple elementary, middle, and high schools within Seminole County, Florida. This contract role offers a chance to provide direct speech and language services to a diverse student population in a dynamic educational setting. Location:

Seminole County, FL (Elementary: Highlands, Sabal Point; Middle: Indian Trails, Markham; High: Seminole, Lake Mary) Position Type:

Primarily on-site with potential for hybrid flexibility Student Age Range:

Kindergarten through 12th grade Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students with speech and language impairments Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations Provide itinerant services as required for part-time roles Required Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or related field Current Florida State SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience working within school settings preferred Ability to manage a caseload across multiple schools for itinerant positions Benefits and Perks: Opportunities for full-time and part-time employment, including maternity leave coverage Engage with a diverse student population across multiple educational levels Collaborative work environment with support from experienced account management This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills while gaining valuable experience in school-based therapy.
