Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is sought to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting in Alabaster, AL. This contract position spans the current school year, offering an opportunity to work across three separate schools, serving diverse student needs with impactful therapy and intervention. Location: Alabaster, Alabama Schools include Chelsea Middle, Chelsea High, and Columbiana Middle Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services across three schools to support students with communication disorders. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Conduct assessments and provide progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements. Maintain appropriate documentation and participate in team meetings to facilitate student success. Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required. Experience working in K-12 educational environments. Strong skills in speech-language evaluation, treatment, and progress monitoring. Ability to manage a caseload spanning multiple school sites effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
