Job Summary
Senior Service Technician at Aramark, responsible for repairing, reconditioning, and installing equipment at the Market Center and customer locations. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, provide customer assistance, and mentor junior technicians.
Responsibilities
Call on customers as assigned by Service Manager or General Manager to investigate operating difficulties of equipment.
Diagnose problems and determine necessary corrective actions.
Repair or adjust equipment to return it to working order.
Clean and maintain equipment on location, including exchanging decanters and cleaning brewers.
Document work completed using company-provided mobile device.
Maintain positive relationships with customers to promote a favorable company image.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities, including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations.
Maintain service area and vehicle in a clean and organized condition.
Follow company safety guidelines and operate vehicles safely.
Complete weekly Driver Report and follow Fleet Manual guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of repairing small electrical appliances.
Willingness to learn to connect equipment to water sources and handle copper, braided, and PEX lines.
Ability to read and write in English.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Acceptable driving record and a qualified driver’s license.
This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and personal protective equipment may be required.
