Responsibilities and Qualifications
Customer Service & Product Knowledge
Provide service to customers entering the warehouse.
Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.
Maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight and size.
Warehouse Operations & Maintenance
Perform minor building maintenance when necessary.
Receive, organize and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials.
Allocate and move material to its correct place and always ensure an orderly warehouse.
Maintain packing specifications and make suitable skids, pallets, etc.
Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
Safety
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
Use proper lifting techniques.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (safety shoes and clothing).
Trainings
Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
Physical Requirements
Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulation.
Occasional operation of forklift or other similar equipment for multiple hours a day.
Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying approximately 100 lbs. utilizing proper lifting procedures.
Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assigned.

Conform to all company policies and procedures and OSHA standards.

Qualifications
Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training.
Compensation and Benefits Reports To : Branch Manager
Compensation : The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full‑time position with competitive pay and benefits.
