The Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor is responsible for the proper coordination, execution, and follow-up of service jobs. Supervise and schedule day-to-day activities of technicians in collaboration with the Scheduler. Responsible for managing service operations and programs designed to meet Branch objectives in revenue, sales, margin, implementing action plans, and mentoring technicians to meet Branch objectives. How You Will Do It
Revenue responsibility: Implement plans, programs, and processes to meet and exceed corporate goals and maximize market potential of the service business, including new bookings, revenue, and profitability. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain effective customer communications and build strong relationships from initial contact through order acquisition, delivery, installation, and service. Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while resolving customer complaints regarding service and collection issues to minimize concerns. Productivity Improvement: Set fair and manageable territories for technicians. Assign fair performance measurements and motivate employees to achieve goals. Train and mentor clerical and dispatch personnel in job procedures and our CRM system. Safety Compliance: Ensure all employees comply with corporate safety programs. Ensure safety training is complete and up to date. Identify safety issues and notify the corporate safety office for corrective action. What We Look For
Required
Understanding and knowledge of water-based fire protection system applications (Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, Foam, and Fire Pumps). Supervisory/leadership abilities: training, team building, presentation and negotiation skills, district administration, and effective customer interaction. Associate degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5-10 years’ supervisory experience. Available for local/regional travel, which may include nights and weekends to accommodate customer schedules. Preferred
BA Degree NICET Level II in Inspection, Testing of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems Hiring salary range:
$82-104k
(salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and market data). This role offers a competitive bonus plan based on individual, group, and corporate performance. The position includes a competitive benefits package.
