Assembler C - Seal (contract) Boeing – Contract assignment. Candidates will be employed through an approved 3rd party for the project duration.

Responsibilities Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations. Apply sealant to surfaces per specifications, install various aircraft system components such as panel installs, perform bond and ground measurements, in‑tank sealing in fuel tank and other structural work, wash of the fuel tank. Maintain high standards of safety and compliance to regulation.

Requirements & Qualifications

6+ months experience using software applications for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite and/or other specialized computer applications.

6+ months experience following detailed work instructions, reading, and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications in English.

6+ months experience in an advanced manufacturing, technical, or mechanical field using basic hand, power, and/or pneumatic tools.

6+ months experience with chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints and special finishes.

1+ year overall experience as above.

Physical ability to work in confined space (training & certification required).

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Variable shift availability (1st, 2nd or 3rd shift).

Physical Demands

Variable shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

Perform tasks requiring flexion/extension, kneeling, bending, reaching, twisting, walking, climbing, crawling, crouching, etc.

Training 8–10 weeks of training. Successful completion and security clearance required.

Shift & Location Variable shifts; business needs will determine 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Location dependent on business needs.

Pay Rate Min: $25 per hour – Max: $30 per hour (USD).
