Litigation Paralegal

TempExperts is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-respected law firm in Tampa, FL. This role supports attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, from initial case preparation and discovery to trial and post-trial activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proven litigation experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize discovery materials, documents, and case files throughout all stages of litigation.
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
Assist attorneys with trial and hearing preparation, including exhibit lists, witness coordination, and courtroom logistics.
Conduct factual and legal research as needed to support case strategy.
Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings with the court.
Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
Provide general case management support, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of all materials.
Attend trials or hearings as required to assist with case presentation and logistics.
Requirements/Education
Minimum of five years of litigation experience required.
Paralegal certificate preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
Overtime flexibility as needed is required.
