Warehouse Associate
supports day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, staging, inventory control, and shipping materials used by field crews. This role ensures the right equipment is in the right place at the right time.

Warehouse Operations
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and equipment
Pick, stage, and prepare materials for field crews and job sites
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and clearly labeled
Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation
Identify damaged, missing, or low-stock items and report issues

Safety & Support
Follow TCE safety standards and warehouse procedures
Use equipment and tools safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc., if certified)
Support Warehouse Manager and Operations with daily needs
What You Need to Be a Fit
1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Strong attention to detail and organization
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license preferred
