Our Customer Service Representatives at Kane's stores are key players in the success of our 60,000+ square foot showrooms. If you are career‑minded, prepared to take ownership, and committed to driving high performance, we encourage you to apply.
Full‑time or part‑time hours are available. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prompt recognition of internal and external customers.
Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone.
Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
Follow up with customers in a timely fashion.
Handle payments, financing, and refunds within company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records by utilizing all available technology.
Execute clerical service functions including scheduling, routing, finalizing, and parts ordering.
Update and maintain all customer service reports and records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
