Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial and industrial clients.

Diagnose and resolve issues with electronic, mechanical, and refrigeration components.

Communicate directly with customers to coordinate and explain services.

Provide cost estimates for repairs not covered by service contracts.

Perform start-up and functional testing of new systems.

Identify and procure required parts and materials, coordinating with suppliers.

Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.

Keep service vehicles clean, stocked, and ready for deployment.

Participate in jobsite installations as needed and support construction crews.

Be available for on-call rotation to support urgent client needs.

Qualifications

5 years of hands‑on HVAC service and repair experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification (required).

Brazing certification (preferred).

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.

Professional demeanor, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and improve through continuous training.

Full-Time: Monday–Friday

Occasional weekend and overtime work may be required
