AS&G is seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team in Arlington, TX. This is an in‑office role, reporting directly to our Arlington location. You will work closely within a team of Workers Compensation Adjusters to deliver exceptional claim handling while maintaining compliance with company standards and state regulations. Who We Are

As a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster, you will play a key role in driving high‑quality outcomes and supporting team success. Responsibilities include: Ensuring all claims are handled in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations, and AS&G guidelines Delivering consistent, high‑quality claim investigations, evaluations, and resolutions Collaborating with colleagues to promote a productive, service‑driven team environment Maintaining timely communication with stakeholders and ensuring exceptional customer service Documenting claim activity clearly, accurately, and in compliance with internal requirements What We Offer
