Machine Operator

We are looking for motivated, reliable team members to join our production operation in
McKinney, Texas . In this hands‑on role, you’ll support the equipment, processes, and people that keep our world‑class manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently.
Starting Pay
$17–$20 per hour

What You’ll Do
Prepare and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Follow all OSHA and Prysmian safety guidelines
Report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors or the safety team
Support production needs by performing duties assigned by your supervisor
Maintain consistent, dependable attendance
Contribute to a high‑performing team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity
What You Bring
Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform essential physical and operational job duties
Strong reliability and commitment to teamwork
Willingness to learn, adapt, and support production needs
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Loud noise and exposure to extreme temperatures
Some outdoor tasks depending on operational needs
Repetitive motion and physical activity
Kneeling, crouching, and stooping
Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Use of hands to operate tools, materials, and equipment
Standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods

Education
