We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team in Sparks, MD. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced distribution environment, ensuring the safe and accurate handling of products within our distribution center.
Responsibilities
Safely load and unload products within the distribution center.
Process customer orders by scanning bar codes, picking, packing, and labeling boxes.
Utilize RF technology to process orders and maintain an organized work area.
Build and palletize orders, ensuring accuracy and safety in packaging and shipment.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and secure work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Participate in cross‑training and assist in other warehouse positions as needed.
Requirements
High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with MHE, including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts.
Forklift Certification or ability to obtain one.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well with others.
Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and work under minimal supervision.
Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and operating near moving mechanical equipment.
