Job Description
Pay Range: $13hr - $18hr Responsibilities
Pallet/Case Picking
Process customer orders including scanning barcodes, picking and labeling boxes. Pick, pack and process orders. Process orders through RF technology. Maintain acceptable work area according to SOP and work instructions. Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP. Complete required RF device training to obtain necessary profiles. Verify accuracy and perform shipment packaging. Pallet Build
Palletize orders by scanning, retrieving and placing completed orders on pallets. Re-palletize products for shipment. Perform dock manifest duties including scanning completed pallets and running the shrink wrapper. Transport pallets using MHE as required. Verify accuracy and perform shipment packaging. Inbound/Outbound/Inventory Movement
Load/unload inbound and outbound shipments using WMS. Load/off-load pallets safely to prevent damages. Complete assigned duties in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Operate parcel manifest station as required. Handle transportation documentation when needed. Maintain acceptable work area per SOP and work instructions. Complete all required RF device training. Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP. Follow all safety instructions to maintain safe working conditions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Maintain current status in C2C training modules. Verify accuracy and perform shipment packaging. Material Handling Equipment
Operate material handling equipment safely and only if designated/trained. Report all damage or maintenance issues immediately. Keep equipment neat and orderly per established procedures. Maintain equipment certification at all times. Safety and Security
Perform job duties safely and in accordance with safety requirements. Assist in maintaining warehouse security. Report injuries, accidents, hazards or unsafe conditions immediately. Report suspicious persons or activity. Quality
Understand organizational quality goals. Sanitation and Housekeeping
Maintain a clean and professional image. Follow facility cleanliness guidelines. Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area at all times. Hazmat Training
May receive Hazmat training including general awareness, function-specific, security awareness, security plan and safety. Cross-Training
Learn responsibilities of other warehouse positions. Assist as required and act as backup during absences or vacations. Requirements / Must Have
High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience. Experience with MHE including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance (slip and clamp) and Dock Stocker. Ability to obtain Forklift Certification per company guidelines. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents. Ability to work well with others. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Ability to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner. Ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment. Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills. General distribution knowledge. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation. Ability to work near moving mechanical equipment. Skills
Proficiency in Voice/RF scanning operations. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Basic analytical skills. Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments. Qualification and Education
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Ability to maintain equipment certifications. Completion of required training modules (e.g., C2C, Hazmat where applicable). Physical Demands
Regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, reaching, pushing/pulling and grasping. Frequent repetitive hand motions including grasping, picking and typing. Occasional climbing. Lifting up to 50 lbs in some areas. Regular exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment. Reasonable accommodations available per ADA guidelines.
