Shift Details Working Shift: Mon‑Fri 7am‑3pm Training Shift: Mon‑Fri 7am‑3pm
Essential Job Functions
Review documentation/work orders and check paperwork.
Set up and prepare product for shipping: move product in and around the facility & rail yard, build cradles, weigh, wrap, document, check documents, and load/unload trucks.
Operate a variety of vehicles inside and outside the building.
Organize, fill, and replace forklift propane cylinders.
Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements.
Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
Communicate with supervisors/managers and lead operators.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Knowledge Qualifications
CDL Class B license (preferred but not required).
Skills and Abilities Qualifications and Other Requirements
Proven experience working in shipping and receiving or a similar position.
Experience operating forklifts.
Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data (Axiom a plus).
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
Basic math and recording abilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
Keen eye for detail.
