Fabricator/Assembler
Job Description A local manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking a production worker focused on fabrication/assembly to join the 1st shift team. This role involves working in a clean and expanding job shop environment.
Responsibilities
Utilize computer systems to track production orders.
Measure and mark steel for machine operations.
Read and interpret production documents.
Operate drill presses and saws.
Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and production documents.
Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
Experience in machine operation including drill presses and saws.
Strong mechanical assembly skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in fabrication and mechanical assembly.
Familiarity with grinding processes.
1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
