Assistant Manager – Domino's Pizza

Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time while expecting the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Experience operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Physical & Working Conditions
Standing most of the time; walking short distances for short durations.
Weight lifting up to 50 pounds (bulk product deliveries), moving cases, carrying, pushing, pulling, pushing trays on dollies, occasionally climbing stairs or a ladder.
Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks, temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters.
Requiring forward bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching up to 72″, eye‑hand coordination, and frequent use of hands for shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peel, using rolling cutter, and assembling pizza boxes.
