Operate small to mid‑sized mobile equipment including skid steers, backhoes, water trucks, and man lifts.

Follow all company safety procedures and participate in site safety protocols.
Maintain organized documentation and coordinate with site teams on work planning.
Perform general site support including cleanup and material handling when needed.
Requirements
At least 1‑2 years of experience operating construction or heavy equipment (preferred).
Familiarity with job site safety practices and confined space awareness.
Ability to read basic measuring tools and follow work instructions.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and dusty conditions.
Consistent availability to work day shift.
Compensation
