The Customer Service Support 1 – Customer Enabling will support routine customer enabling activities within the order management process. This role helps execute established customer service activities related to order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment. The position is designed to streamline and optimize internal processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a hands‑on role requiring attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to handle clerical and administrative tasks under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying potential obstacles in the order management process and collaborate with customer-facing representatives to implement corrective actions.

Update internal stakeholders on order status and elevate issues as needed.

Support the generation of order-related documents in line with established processes.

Resolve simple administrative or clerical process issues related to order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.

Support simple customer orders by confirming credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability.

Follow standard procedures regarding order status, invoices, and contract balances; share information with customer-facing representatives.

Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, escalating complex issues to appropriate staff.

Assist with mail and delivery services, including lifting and moving packages up to 35 lbs.

Maintain organized workflows and contribute to team efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1–2 years of experience in mail and delivery services.

Basic PC knowledge, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Two years of related work experience in customer service or administrative support.

Technical experience with MS Office and Outlook.

1–2 years of dock experience.

Working Conditions

In-person interviews required.

Must successfully complete a background check.
