About the Role:
The Heart Center Certified Nurse Aide will work collaboratively with the physician/provider and nursing staff to coordinate the flow of patients through the Heart Center. This position involves working with a diverse populations and collaborating with teams to implement effective health care plans.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program with certification from the state of Nebraska.
American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.
Two to three years of physician office experience preferred.
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
Appropriately plan, organize, and coordinate daily clinic or care center operations.
Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and clinic effectiveness.
Provide services in compassionate and safe manner while following patient policies and procedures.
A conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks. A Physical Capacity Profile may be required for some positions.
