Provide customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text in a remote capacity Act as a liaison between customers and production/distribution departments regarding specific orders Address a high volume of low-complexity inquiries in a call center environment Collaborate with management and teammates to achieve short-term goals Solve problems while anticipating additional customer needs and requests What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience Basic knowledge of job processes and tools obtained through work experience Ability to communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation Willingness to grow knowledge and skills through training and work experience Must be located in or around the Nashville, TN area How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
