Learn new information, policies, and skills related to the petroleum industry and company software
Utilize computer systems and phone effectively for the duration of the shift
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1 year of customer service‑related experience
Must be a resident of Tennessee in the Nashville area
Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company‑provided equipment
Dependable with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service
Ability to successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, a pre‑employment drug screen, and background check

Bilingual skills are a plus, but not a requirement
