MLM Pre-Series Manager – Stellantis
Lead a team of Pre-Series Specialists to guarantee pilot part availability at Assembly Plants on the Material Required Date (MRD).
Responsibilities
Hold program teams accountable for successful delivery of pilot parts to meet pilot build deadlines.
Ensure program milestone deliverables are executed correctly and on time, escalating any missed milestones to appropriate stakeholders.
Root‑cause constrained part supply issues and drive resolution.
Work with Plant MLM to maintain record integrity of received pilot parts.
Interact with the supply base, confirm shipping plans, and offer training as needed.
Lead critical part discussions with accurate information and effectively manage priority items.
Report pilot part delivery status to executive‑level management at various meetings.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on production control, supply chain, or material handling.
Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing and its application.
Ability to direct workforce and deliver results on Key Performance Indicators.
Experience resolving conflicts with professionalism and integrity.
Strong adaptability and change‑management skills to support business needs.
In‑depth understanding of systems and procedures related to production control, supply chain, or material handling.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in a related field.
Knowledge of Stellantis Production Way Logistics Pillar.
Experience working in a unionized environment.
