We are looking for a
Fitness Technician
to join the LIVunLtd team and encourage all mechanically inclined individuals, with or without prior experience, to apply.
Location: Massachusetts. Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities
Travel to client locations.
Inspect, calibrate, clean, and test fitness equipment during service contract visits.
Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote to be provided to the customer.
Complete repairs with ordered parts; test that machines are back in full working order.
Provide communication to customers regarding scheduling and equipment status.
Identify additional revenue opportunities from service, warranty work, preventive maintenance contracts, new equipment, and/or fitness accessories.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle at all times.
Maintain proper inventory levels and count accuracy.
Complete vehicle maintenance needs as directed by the fleet operations manager.
Follow Company Uniform Policy.
Skills and Qualifications
Be able to lift/move fitness equipment & parts up to 50 lbs.
Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and clear an MVR check.
Proficiency and working knowledge of computer, Microsoft OS, iPad, Wi‑Fi, email, and cell phone technology.
Compensation $20–$26/hr based on experience and service location, plus a competitive performance‑based bonus program. Bonus incentives are provided during the interview process.
