Pay Rate:
$20 – $24 hourly
Responsibilities
Internal support with phase 1 of this net new datacenter‑to include receiving of IT equipment such as hardware, networking equipment, etc.
Design, layout, and installation of networking solutions on the hardware side (i.e.: routers, modems, switches, and cabling (fiber, coax, ethernet, and more)).
Support of deployed solutions through full‑cycle technical support and incident response—performing triage, diagnostics, troubleshooting, break/fix, and implementation/deployment.
Documentation of tasks completed and meeting with team as needed.
Must‑Haves
1+ year of experience in a professional setting working with computers hands‑on (preferably supporting hardware in desktop support capacity) or related field.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Knowledge of networking solutions and providing support through cabling.
CompTIA A+ is a plus.
