Job Description
Proactive Sales & Back-office administration:
Welcoming walk-in clientele with care and providing expertise and product knowledge.
Receiving, inputting, and pricing intake in a timely manner and in keeping with current market trends.
Ensuring thorough data-capture and following through with tracking and client outreach efforts for both customers and consignors.
Staying aware of and highlighting both new arrivals and current inventory through merchandising, social media and in-person communications.
Regularly updating social media and responding to requests in a proactive and timely manner throughout the day.
Coordinating with management on a day-to-day basis:
Anticipate daily operational issues and propose and/or coordinate suggestions with management.
Ensure that all company policies & procedures are effectively applied and enforced in the store and throughout all professional interactions.
Job Type:

Experience
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years relevant professional experience or 5 years applicable professional experience preferred.
Knowledgeable about women’s luxury brands and products.
Ability to develop and grow a client base.
Strong organizational and logistical skills.
Responsibilities
