Job Overview As an

HVAC/R Technician , you’ll deliver reliable, high‑quality service to commercial clients. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain HVAC/R systems, handling electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems.

Perform routine maintenance and urgent service, including after‑hours on‑call rotations.

Accurately document all service details using company‑provided iPads.

Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.

Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.

Identify service opportunities and share them with customers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.

EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.

Comfort with mobile apps and technology.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

Safe work at heights using ladders up to 28–32 feet.

Lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment up to 100 lbs.

Perform bending, kneeling, crawling, and reaching into confined spaces.

Maintain physical stamina for repetitive tasks and extended activity.

Move with vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously.

Operate equipment such as iPads and cell phones.

Travel to customer sites as needed.

Occasionally work in an office environment.

Follow all applicable safety procedures.
