About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic, operational, and visionary leadership for its community health center. The CEO will be responsible for the overall management, operations, and strategic direction, with a focus on delivering high-quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare services to underserved populations. This critical role involves partnering with the Board of Directors, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization. The successful candidate will be a passionate, inspiring leader with a strong background in healthcare management, particularly within a community-based or FQHC setting. The role requires a leader who can navigate change, promote a culture of joy in work, and build strong, strategic relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, in-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, and the ability to manage budgets, grants, and financial reporting. They should also be familiar with healthcare quality improvement programs and performance measurement, and have a proven ability to lead change initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
