About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Revenue Cycle Systems to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of IT revenue cycle initiatives, with a focus on continuously improving performance and the consumer experience. This role involves managing complex healthcare revenue cycle systems, including but not limited to, those across multiple service lines. The AVP will be a key change agent, driving the implementation of best-in-class solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and financial performance. Core job functions include building strong relationships with stakeholders, leading full-cycle IT revenue cycle transformation projects, and applying data-driven analytic frameworks to guide strategic planning.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years' of experience, and a proven track record in implementing and managing revenue cycle systems, particularly Epic. Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and payer contracting is essential, as is experience with compliance, audit processes, and regulatory standards. The role requires a leader with strategic vision, the ability to drive operational efficiency, and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. The AVP will also be responsible for ensuring financial stewardship, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement through innovation. Certification in Epic revenue cycle modules is preferred.
