The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer/General Manager to provide visionary, strategic leadership and to foster close, productive relationships with the Board of Directors and community partners. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and champion the organization's role in the community, particularly in the areas of utility reliability and customer service. This role requires a leader with high integrity, who can set and monitor organizational goals, support economic development initiatives, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service that meets the expectations of customers and stakeholders.
Applicants for the CEO/General Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for those holding an Associate's degree and a minimum of 12 years' experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in utility operations, with a focus on electric and water utilities, and a proven track record in senior management. Experience with a multiple or consumer-owned utility business model, as well as knowledge of Pacific Northwest power, water, and environmental issues, is highly valued.
