About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to serve as a key partner to the operations and executive leadership teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of financial strategy, compliance, and reporting, with a focus on supporting the company's growth and success. This role demands a professional with a strong background in finance and accounting, particularly within multi-unit environments such as hospitality and restaurants, who can effectively balance strategic insight with hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance include leading all financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, as well as the budgeting and forecasting processes in close collaboration with operations leadership. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements, audits, and tax filings, and implementing and monitoring internal controls, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA or MBA being preferred, and at least 8 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience. Strong technical accounting knowledge, the ability to partner with senior leadership, and excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
