The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer / Integrator to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a proven track record of bringing clarity, setting expectations, and creating alignment in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. This role is all about balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, and the ideal candidate will be accountable, steady, and grounded in real work while always looking ahead. Responsibilities include translating the visionary's direction into clear priorities, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all locations, and building and implementing scalable systems and processes. The role also involves coaching and developing leaders at all levels, establishing a strong operating rhythm, and using data to drive decision-making.

Applicants for the Chief Operating Officer / Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' of senior operational leadership experience, with a focus on P&L ownership and multi-location expansion. The role requires a leader who is people-oriented, process-minded, and can build and maintain high standards while being flexible enough to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. A background in the dental or medical industry, particularly in a mid-sized organization, is preferred, along with experience in revenue cycle management, regulation, compliance, and experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The ideal candidate will be adept at reducing dependency on the founder by building leadership depth and decision-making capability throughout the organization, and will be dedicated to maintaining the heart and culture of the business while driving its growth with intention and purpose.
