The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of turning vision into executable priorities, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of high performance. This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational discipline needed in a mission-driven, high-performing company, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations across various functions, including manufacturing, distribution, R&D services, and professional services. Key responsibilities for the COO/Integrator include driving EOS® execution, managing cross-functional leaders, overseeing P&L performance, and leading process improvement to ensure operational scalability. The role demands a decisive communicator who can challenge the status quo constructively, and who is comfortable with holding leaders accountable to commitments and KPIs.

Applicants for the COO/Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior/executive leadership role, with a strong background in financial management and a focus on operational execution. A background in manufacturing and/or distribution, with exposure to service or R&D functions, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, experience with EOS®, and a background in process infrastructure, including ERP/MRP systems. While not mandatory, experience with government contracts, PMP certification, and an MBA are preferred. The role requires a leader who can maintain clarity on top priorities, ensure quality-first execution, and optimize systems and tools to support operations. The COO/Integrator will be the stabilizing force that helps the company run smoother, scale smarter, and stay aligned with its core values and mission.
