About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Integrator to join their mission-driven organization. The ideal candidate will be an operationally grounded, accountable, and decisive strategist with a strong background in multi-site, high-volume operations. As the COO/Integrator, you will be responsible for driving organic growth, championing the Vision/Traction Organizer, and aligning leadership perspectives to lead positive change. This role requires a charismatic leader with the emotional intelligence to build trust, take extreme ownership, and ensure clarity, accountability, and follow-through across teams. You will be a unifying force, fostering collaboration, and will be expected to lead from the front, prioritizing what matters most, and getting the job done with precision and purpose.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a COO/Integrator or in a senior operations executive role, with a proven track record of developing leaders and managing high-performing teams. A BA/BS in business, health management, or a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in ophthalmology or other elective, procedure-based specialties. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, discerning, and a guide, with a focus on relentless pursuit of excellence. Responsibilities also include management of HR functions, strategic sales, and revenue cycle optimization, as well as fostering communication and alignment across all departments. The role demands a leader who is proactive, resourceful, and can maintain a strong in-person presence to ensure that the organization's core values are upheld.
