About the Role
The Company is seeking a National Venue Operations Lead to drive operational excellence, consistency, and collaboration across its owned tracks. This pivotal role is not just about oversight but about being a central resource and connector to ensure that track operations are supported, aligned, and equipped with the best practices, tools, and systems for success. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational alignment and collaboration, national standards and consistency, enterprise vendor and partner management, support and enablement, and continuous improvement through measurement and strategy.
Key responsibilities for the National Venue Operations Lead include partnering with track leadership to align on operational priorities, serving as a resource for operational efficiencies, and facilitating collaboration to share best practices. The role also involves developing and maintaining a unified operations playbook, establishing consistent processes for vendor management, and ensuring track readiness and quality standards for every event. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' experience in large-scale venue, facility, or event operations, with a deep understanding of operations management, vendor relations, and contract negotiation. Strong financial acumen, excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to lead through influence across multiple markets and departments. Success will be measured by the consistency of operational standards, increased efficiency, and cost savings through optimized vendor contracts, and the strengthening of enterprise partnerships that enhance service quality and guest experience.
