The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial instincts, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sponsorship and sports marketing landscape. Proficiency in CRM systems, financial tools, and internal reporting platforms is essential, as is the ability to travel as needed. The Managing Director will be expected to be a creative problem solver, an effective coach, and a strategic thinker with the ability to execute when required.
