About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the development and execution of strategies that ensure operational and organizational excellence, as well as an exceptional caregiver experience. The CHRO will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including workforce development and planning, talent management, acquisition, total rewards, learning and organizational development, employee engagement, and HR compliance. This role requires a strategic partner who can align HR functions with business objectives and is dedicated to the values and mission of the organization. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate executive presence and professionalism, and to embody the company's values in all work habits and relationships.
Candidates for the CHRO position at the company must have a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years' HR experience, with at least 5 years in an executive-level HR position, is required. The role demands a leader who can create and implement integrated people strategies, design comprehensive total rewards programs, and drive talent management and acquisition. The CHRO will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and for the continual assessment and improvement of HR programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a change leader, and will have a proven track record in driving engagement and organizational effectiveness.
