About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead the development and implementation of integrated people strategies that align with and drive organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the infrastructure necessary to deliver a wide range of HR services and programs. This includes identifying and addressing areas for organizational effectiveness, translating strategic plans into HR operational plans, and serving as a key partner and advisor to the Senior Leadership Team. The CHRO will also oversee talent management and acquisition, design comprehensive total rewards programs, and lead engagement and change initiatives.

Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience, in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years' of HR experience, with at least 5 years' in an executive HR role, is required. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving organizational excellence through effective HR practices. The CHRO will be expected to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, lead strategic workforce planning, and develop learning and organizational development strategies. Additionally, the role involves the continual assessment of organizational needs and the implementation of evaluative tools to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
