The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the transformation of its HR organization with a focus on innovation, technology, and a human-centered approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for reimagining the role, structure, and impact of HR, designing contemporary and efficient service delivery models that support the institution's mission and values. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning and development, and compliance. The CHRO will also play a critical role in advancing the company's equity and inclusion initiatives and will be a key partner in the comprehensive strategic planning process.
Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a proven track record of creatively and nimbly reimagining HR services and processes, particularly in environments with constrained resources. Experience in all functional areas of HR, with a strong emphasis on compensation strategy, benefits administration, workforce planning, and employee relations, is essential. The role requires a leader who is adept at driving organizational change, service redesign, and cross-functional collaboration, and who is comfortable leveraging technology, data, and analytics to improve HR outcomes. A bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of senior-level HR leadership experience are required, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree or professional HR certification and those with a background in higher education or a similar mission-driven organization.
