The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Fund Accounting to take on a pivotal role in leading all accounting and reporting activities across its private equity and private credit funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of fund operations, including owning fund accounting, NAVs, capital activity, and financial reporting. This leadership position also involves setting and executing the fund accounting strategy, providing senior oversight of various financial aspects, and leading a team of approximately 10 fund accounting professionals. The role requires a strong partnership with senior leadership, as well as collaboration with investment, tax, treasury, and compliance teams on fund-related matters.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a background in fund accounting with a focus on private equity and/or private credit, ideally with 15-20 years of experience. A deep understanding of partnership accounting, valuations, and complex fund structures is essential. The role demands a proven track record in leading and scaling teams, as well as experience in managing third-party administrators. A background at a top-tier investment manager, fund administrator, or public accounting firm is preferred. The Managing Director will also be instrumental in driving process improvement, automation, and the implementation of institutional best practices as the firm continues to grow.
