The Company is seeking a Vice President for Patent Underwriting, a key role responsible for the evaluation and oversight of patent cases considered for financing. The successful candidate will be an experienced litigator with a proven track record in complex patent cases, including all phases from inception to resolution. This role demands a team player who can quickly assess the merits of patent infringement claims, price risks, evaluate litigation budgets, and negotiate financing deals. Close collaboration with law firms, in-house counsel, and the global team is essential, as is the ability to represent the company at industry events and contribute to the development of client relationships.

Applicants for the Vice President - Patent Underwriting position at the company should have at least four years' of patent litigation experience, with a strong preference for those familiar with litigation funding, contingency/AFA work, or patent monetization. A background in engineering or science is advantageous, and a legal license in any U.S. jurisdiction is required. The ideal candidate will possess superior writing and analytical skills, be numerate and deal-savvy, and have excellent interpersonal abilities.
