About the Role
The Company is in search of an Assistant General Counsel with a focus on private equity and investment management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and corporate matters within the institutional asset management business. This includes but is not limited to, fund and separate account formation, investment advisory services, and the negotiation of related agreements. The role also involves close collaboration with the Compliance department, as well as the development of new investment vehicles and products. The ideal candidate will have a JD and at least 4 years of experience in a large law firm, with a strong working knowledge of relevant acts and rules.
