About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Private Wealth Revenue and Advisor Compensation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client billing and production compensation operations within the private wealth business. This pivotal role demands a professional with a strong background in private wealth, particularly in the areas of client billing and production-based compensation. The VP will oversee the entire client billing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in calculations, collections, and invoicing. They will also be tasked with direct investment advisory fee billing, optimizing receivables management, and collaborating with various teams to design and implement new pricing structures. In addition, the role involves leading the monthly compensation process for production-based teams, supervising expense close, and partnering with the leadership team to design new compensation frameworks.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8-12 years' of experience in accounting, financial reporting, client billing, sales compensation, or financial analysis, preferably within the private wealth or asset management sector.
