About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head for Transition Management and Client Experience. The successful candidate will be tasked with the operational and change-management aspects of the client lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, transition management, offboarding, and enhancing the overall client experience. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of client service, a commitment to process improvement, and the ability to design and implement end-to-end business processes that meet both current and future client needs. The Head will be responsible for leading a team, identifying critical client-facing processes, and developing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and consistent client experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, investment professionals, and operational partners, is essential to achieve the desired outcomes.

Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years' experience in an operational and/or business management role, with a proven track record of driving change and executing large-scale strategic initiatives. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and develop teams, and a deep understanding of various asset classes. The Head will also be responsible for compliance and risk management, so a solid grasp of regulatory requirements and the ability to develop processes that mitigate control risks is crucial. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
