About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations, fund accounting, and strategic planning. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and managing the firm's books in compliance with regulatory standards. This critical role demands a candidate with deep buy-side experience, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to manage both day-to-day finance operations and long-term capital strategy in a high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities for the CFO include financial management and oversight, regulatory, tax, and compliance coordination, strategic planning, and capital management. The successful candidate will also be tasked with strengthening operational and financial control frameworks, leading budgeting and cost management initiatives, and contributing to fundraising and investor communication processes. A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, the CFO will be expected to act as a trusted advisor to firm leadership and to collaborate with various internal teams to ensure operational transparency and reporting accuracy. The role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years' of progressive finance experience, and a strong command of financial systems and modeling.
