The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key figure in the organization, responsible for all financial, accounting, and administrative functions. This includes leading the accounting and finance teams, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing financial strategies related to cash flow management, capital allocation, and equipment financing. Additionally, the CFO will be the primary contact for banking, lender, audit, tax, insurance, and risk management relationships, and will be expected to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
