The Company is in search of a Provost and Senior Administrator to provide both academic and administrative leadership across all its units and personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization and development of university readiness initiatives, overseeing professional development for faculty, and ensuring the effective application of academic resources to meet student educational needs. This role also involves executive oversight of campus operations, including finance, facilities, and major administrative functions, to ensure the institution's effective management as a whole. The Provost will be a key figure in the strategic planning and will be tasked with academic program and curriculum development, assessment of student learning, and maintaining the relevance of educational programs to community needs.
