About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Enrollment Services and Student Success to join their team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned enrollment leader with a proven track record in strategic enrollment management and a deep commitment to student success. This executive will serve as the chief enrollment strategist, responsible for leading a data-informed approach to enrollment and student success, and will oversee the full student lifecycle from recruitment to degree completion. The role demands a forward-thinking, metrics-driven leader who can respond to market conditions, leverage technology and analytics, and continuously improve the student experience. The SVP will be a visible and engaged leader, advocating for enrollment priorities and driving student-focused solutions that align with the company's long-term success.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President include executive leadership, enrollment management, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of leadership experience in enrollment management, with a strong background in student retention and success. Essential functions include developing and executing a strategic enrollment plan, leading recruitment and admissions efforts, and ensuring seamless coordination across offices to support the student lifecycle. The SVP will also be responsible for supervision and mentorship, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, and maintaining high standards in registration, records management, and academic scheduling. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, who can effectively collaborate with senior leadership, academic departments, and other key stakeholders to advance institutional priorities.
